School induction Day 5


This is the fifth day of our school induction programme. Today I got an opportunity to observe mathematics class in 10th standard by Shinelal sir. Sir gave the children some problems on the chapter Polynomials to do.He checked the notes of a few students randomly.

Senior teacher gave us the duty to manage 9A class for second period.We gave the children some problems on the topic Polynomials.

Today, we got an opportunity to serve food for students.We became the part of it,it was another mesmerizing experience.Then interacted with Kamalamma, who prepare lunch .

After all interactions, our group discussed and planned about the induction report.We all thanked for teachers support and guidance that we got during those five day induction programme.We took photos with the headmistress and other teachers. After marking our attendance,our group leader received attendance register from headmistress.

 I reached the school by 9 am and signed my attendance.In first period I engaged in my works. In second period, I went to 8A along with Sr Deepa for conducting achievement test. I had class in 9A during 5 th period.I took the lesson by Inquiry Training model. After 3.30 pm, we were in the auditorium for tomorrow's exhibition related to Hiroshima- Nagasaki day. Day 34

 Today was 34th day of our teaching practice. I reached the school by 9 am and signed my attendance. I had noon duty from 9 am to 9.30.  In second period  I got substitution in 8 D. I engaged with them by giving various problems related to equations. In third period I went to 9 A along with Parvathy she was teaching about digestion. After lunch I had noon duty in the ground.

The last day of Teaching practice

 Today was the last day of our teaching practice at St. John's Model HSS, Nalanchira feeling happy to complete the second phase of teaching practice successful ly at the same time feeling sad to leave from school.  Today we were busy. We met our students of various classes, advised them to study well and to be a good citizen of our nation. In third period I went to 9A and collected the data for project. In 4th period I took remedial class in 9A.I got feedback from concern teacher and students. Afternoon there was a painting competition for the high school and higher secondary students. From 3.45 pm,we hada meeting in the office.The teachers shared their opinions about us and blessed us ,We distributed sweets to teachers.Today was an unforgettable day in my life.
